Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Sales Representative to take charge of all sales activities on our Online Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is crucial to the expansion of our e-commerce platform and requires a dynamic individual who can blend marketing savvy with sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for our online store.
Digital Marketing: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising, to attract and engage customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, providing excellent customer service and support throughout their purchasing journey.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
Product Promotion: Work closely with the product team to highlight key features and benefits of products in the online store, ensuring they are effectively marketed to the target audience.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, website traffic, and marketing campaign results, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and logistics, to ensure a smooth and efficient online sales process.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the online shopping experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in online sales and digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly products is a plus.
