The Chamber of Commerce in Sidon received Algeria’s ambassador in a protocol visit to discuss strengthening cooperation between the two countries' economic sectors.

The President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture in Sidon and the South, Mohammad Saleh, expressed his gratitude to President Joseph Aoun, Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri, and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam for forming the new government, wishing it success.

A new center specialized in CNC machine training, as part of the TESSA project, implemented by the Development Cooperation Foundation (ICU) and funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).

Starting 2025, CCIAS launched a program for training youth and professionals in CNC techniques. Ms. Rana Sayed represented the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Saida and South Lebanon at the Women Economic Empowerment Summit in the UAE. في حفل بمقر غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة في صيدا والجنوب، أُطلق مشروع وطني لنشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال برعاية عدة جهات منها جمعية تجار صيدا وضواحيها ومؤسسة "Action For Humanity International". الحضور شمل رؤساء الجمعيات الراعية ومجموعة من رواد الأعمال الشباب، حيث تم التأكيد على أهمية تمكين الشباب وتوفير فرص العمل وتعزيز الابتكار والمنافسة، بهدف دعم الاقتصاد المحلي والوطني.

The Sidon Chamber of Commerce is participating in discussions on "Lebanon Port Sector Reform, Recovery, and Development" organized by Beirut Urban Lab, IFI, ACA, and the World Bank.
