The recent unjust Israeli aggression over the past two months has had devastating effects on owners of the food industries sector, necessitating swift action to address the situation and begin mitigating its impacts.

As the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture in Sidon and South Lebanon, we are conducting a survey and assessment of the damages to understand the current reality.

Based on the results, the Chamber, along with relevant stakeholders and donor organizations, will study the situation resulting from the war, consider appropriate opinions and suggestions, and advocate for measures to alleviate these harsh conditions and the significant losses suffered by the affected industry owners. We aim to assist in restarting operations and improving production as quickly as possible.
