Memorandum of Cooperation between the Arab - Indian Chamber and the industrial Development Corporation of ( MPIDC)

On the occasion of Army Day, Mohammad Saleh, President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture in Sidon and the South, congratulated the Lebanese Army and praised its sacrifices in protecting national unity and civil peace. During a meeting at the Chamber of Commerce in Sidon and South Lebanon, Minister of Agriculture Nizar Hani honored the late farmer Mostafa Hariri (Abu Nader) and launched a workshop on safe alternatives to agricultural pesticides. The FAO report on the damages to the agricultural sector caused by the Israeli aggression was also presented, showing losses exceeding $700 million. The minister affirmed the government's commitment to compensating farmers and supporting their resilience.

Mohammad Saleh praised Lebanese workers on Labor Day, especially those in the South affected by Israeli aggression. He urged swift reconstruction and fair worker compensation.

The Chamber of Commerce in Sidon received Algeria’s ambassador in a protocol visit to discuss strengthening cooperation between the two countries' economic sectors.

The President of the Chamber of Commerce in Sidon and the South met with the Nabatieh Traders Association to discuss the impact of Israeli aggression, bank closures, and support measures for reviving Nabatieh's commercial sector.

في حفل بمقر غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة في صيدا والجنوب، أُطلق مشروع وطني لنشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال برعاية عدة جهات منها جمعية تجار صيدا وضواحيها ومؤسسة "Action For Humanity International". الحضور شمل رؤساء الجمعيات الراعية ومجموعة من رواد الأعمال الشباب، حيث تم التأكيد على أهمية تمكين الشباب وتوفير فرص العمل وتعزيز الابتكار والمنافسة، بهدف دعم الاقتصاد المحلي والوطني.
