The Embassy would be grateful should the Federation forward this invitation as appropriate to relevant entities within the private sector and encourage their participation in the Forum. Kindly note that all the participation fees related to the Forum (i.e., flight, accommodation, transportation, etc..) will be at the expense of the participants. For record-keeping purposes, confirmed participants are advised to notify their attendance to the Embassy of Japan in Lebanon.
